JJ&S Environmental Services completed a large-scale asbestos and lead abatement project across several buildings at a Pomona Unified School District facility.
Hazardous materials were present in flooring systems, structural beams, pipe insulation, wall tile, windows, roof components, and other building materials. The work required careful sequencing between interior and exterior areas, consistent containment procedures, and disciplined schedule control.

Separate building conditions had to be managed as one project. Crews moved through machine and auto shops, classroom and locker buildings, restrooms, mechanical spaces, exterior windows, and roof areas while maintaining the appropriate controls for each material and location.
