Eduardo Guelman
In 2002, Eduardo Guelman immigrated to San Diego with his family, armed only with his mechanical engineer background and a desire to succeed. In 2013 he entered into the abatement space and became owner of JJ&S. Eduardo’s pillars he sticks to are solving problems and being better every day; a vision he has instilled in the company to this day.
Yaniv Medium
Yaniv Guelman
Yaniv holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to JJ&S, he was a management consultant and worked in various tech startups. Yaniv began his JJ&S career by leading the launch of our Anaheim office, and following this success took over as General Manager / CEO in the middle of 2021.

Alfredo Rodriguez
As a CSU Fullerton School of Business graduate, Alfredo started working in the construction industry his senior year of college. There, he assisted the CFO with the accounting to understand the backbone of the business. After three years of project managing and estimating, he became VP of Sales and Estimating and continues to build a culture where many people want to join, putting customers first and helping others grow within JJ&S.

Jesus Velazco
Born and raised in Tijuana, Mexico, Jesus focuses his time on his two families; at home with his wife and three kids and JJ&S Environmental as Operations Manager. Over the last 5 years in the company, Jesús has been a keystone of our success. Leveraging his 11 years of Customer Service to manage the emotions of his team, property owners and all stakeholders involved to ensure all project are completed above and beyond expectations.

Joe Mashek
After graduating from the University of Delaware with Honors, Joe moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina. There, he cofounded a test prep and admissions consulting business, helping hundreds of Latin business professionals figure out their career paths. Today, he applies those skills internally at JJ&S as the Director of HR.

Leticia Cruz
Born and raised in Brazil, Leticia graduated in Civil Engineer at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (FURG) and after working for almost 10 years in the construction industry she decided she would explore her opportunities in another country.Leticia moved to San Diego in 2019 and in 2022 she started her MBA and her carrier at JJ&S. Leticia believes that her empathy and hard work are the key to keep our customers happy as she leads the JJ&S Coordinating Team.

Born and raised outside of Washington, DC, Tim holds a business degree from the Moore School of Business at University of South Carolina. Over the past 15 years, Tim has been helping businesses in North and South America to penetrate and communicate with new markets through technology and innovative solutions. A connector and “make-things-happener”, Tim is always looking to find synergies to partner and grow together.

From working in leading restoration companies to abatement over the last 4 years, Kat knows the industry from many sides and has dialed into exactly what her customers are looking for; someone you can trust. Developing long-lasting relationships and connecting with both homeowners and partners on a personal level is what separates Kat from the pack. Kat's energy is contagious and makes sure her clients feel comfortable to contact her whenever they need.
Brian Dallas-Orr

Before JJ&S, Brian has a history of customer-facing leadership positions while completing his MBA at Point Loma Nazarene University. His experience and education in customer strategy, leader development, and entrepreneurship has helped him to understand and connect with customers of all backgrounds and experiences, which is vital in his Estimator role. No matter the gravity of the situation, his goal is to be flexible, empathetic, and memorable in a time of environmental emergencies.

Born and raised in Orange County, CA, Andrew has over 6 years of experience in the Restoration industry. With years of customer service experience and an education in leadership and business he brings a customer centric approach to work each day. spent time in HVAC, many years as a construction estimator, and holding multiple industry related certifications, Andrew is equipped to take on your project with a great time here at JJ&S behind him.

Born and raised in Long Beach, CA , Oscar began his JJ&S Career in 2020 with an unrivalled perseverance that enabled him to rise from a tech to managing projects as Superintendent in OC. Oscar is constantly innovating processes and pushing his team to come up with new solutions for new challenges that arise. Listening to customers and comforting them in their stressful times is what keeps him motivated to grow everyday.

With over 7 years of experience, Marilyn's background ranges from auto & homeowners insurance, restoration, and now abatement. Marilyn believes the key to success is providing excellent customer service, which she credits to her empathy. This has allowed her to effectively communicate with all stake holders while providing a personalized touch in her role as coordinator in the JJ&S Coordinating Team.
