June is a good time to start thinking ahead. As California moves into the second half of the year, property teams, restoration professionals, contractors, and homeowners often begin preparing for the conditions that can accompany heavier rain, moisture intrusion, and storm-related repairs.
This month, we’re highlighting a new article focused on "El Niño" and why it matters for California properties. Weather patterns can be difficult to predict with certainty, but preparation still makes a difference. Roof leaks, drainage issues, crawlspace moisture, wall damage, and post-storm repairs can quickly become more complicated, especially in older buildings where legacy materials may be present.
